All items are print-on-demand.
Production takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

United States: 5–10 business days.
International: 10–20 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on destination, holidays, or carrier delays.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide.
Some locations may have restrictions due to customs or logistics.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

📬 Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking numbers.
You will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management before contacting us.

⚠️ Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

CultShirt.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed after being handed to the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer are the buyer’s responsibility.

❌ Address Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders can only be updated or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, changes may not be possible if production has already started.
