At CultShirt.com, all products are print-on-demand and made just for you. Here’s the short version of our terms:

Orders: Custom-made, cancellations only within 24 hours.
Production: Usually takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping:
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
• Tracking details are emailed once shipped.

Returns/Refunds:
• No returns/exchanges for size or change of mind.
• If damaged/defective/wrong → contact us within 30 days with photos for a refund or replacement.
Payments: Prices in USD. Taxes + shipping shown at checkout. Import/customs fees are customer’s responsibility.
Responsibility: We’re not liable for carrier/customs delays. Our maximum liability = the order value.
Content: Please don’t upload copyrighted or offensive designs.

2. Products & Fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner (Printful).

Small variations in color, size, or print placement may occur.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before production.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
Taxes, duties, and import fees may apply; customers are responsible for these charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Production time: 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Once handed to the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
No returns/exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect addresses.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photos.
If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.

6. Intellectual Property & Content
You must own the rights to any design you upload or request.
You grant CultShirt.com and our partners a license to use your content solely to fulfill your order.

All CultShirt.com branding, site content, and original product designs remain our property.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

CultShirt.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost time).

Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site means you accept the latest version.
